Flexo Printer Wanted!

About the Role:

We are now looking for flexo printers who have experience in or are interested in graphic production and who are ready to take responsibility and work in a team characterized by quality and efficiency. You will play a central role in production and have the opportunity to make a difference through your work. It is important that you can make your own decisions and work independently, but also collaborate when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flexo printing presses to produce high-quality products.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Perform color adjustments and material changes as needed.
• Check and adjust printing settings to optimize production.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any printing errors.
• Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure operational stability.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.
• Contribute to improvements in printing processes and production routines.
• Follow safety regulations and work according to company standards and procedures.

The position is full-time and ongoing. You will work 2 shifts on a rolling schedule (morning and evening).

Requirements for the Position:

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Proactive and self-driven with a desire to develop both yourself and the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar production environment.
• Education in process technology, graphic education, or equivalent.
• Experience working with improvement efforts in production.
